Panels: Presenters on three-paper panels should prepare to present their research for 15 minutes. The first presenter on every panel will serve as the panel coordinator, keeping time for all presentations and Q&A portions. Q&A may take place after each paper or at the end of the panel – at the panel coordinator’s discretion. Each room will have a projector and a laptop; please bring a USB key or other method of transferring your presentation to the laptop.
Poster Session: The poster session will be held in the OSU Union Cartoon Room. We advise that posters are 36"x48" or smaller. We will provide easels and push-pins, so presenters should not need any additional supplies.
Wireless Internet Access: All participants will have access to wireless internet ("WiFI@OSU"). There is no username/password.
Workshop Software: Required and suggested software packages for workshops will be posted to the Workshops (link to workshops page) page by Monday, June 5.
Meals: A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided for all conference participants. Additional details will be available as the conference approaches. If you have dietary restrictions, please note it on your registration form.
